A Team Week 84: Full

This week was pretty full.  Full of work, full of fun, full of flowers, fully of yummy foods, full of family...my heart is full of love...

This week started off with our Magnolia tree in full glory...full of gorgeous pink and white blossoms!

On Wednesday the boys and I had a great day...full of Legos!!  For several hours, we built houses, cars, space shuttles and more and everyone was perfectly content doing just that!

A Lego Astronaut?!

Just like big brother

While we played Legos, I introduced the boys to Elvis and we jammed to oldies while building together.

This week was also full of "Hide and Sneek".  The boys loved playing together and hiding from Mommy and Daddy!

Avery's full-size baby head grew out of his toddler bike helmet already, so we upgraded him to a new kid-size one!

Even my lunch was full this week!  Asher insisted on helping me make my lunch this week.  He packed me a sandwich, two string cheese, a banana, two yogurts, a fruit cup and a baby squeezie!!  I tried to tell him that I didn't need all of that, but he wasn't convinced so after he'd gone out to Eric's car, I quickly put some food back!  ;)

This week even was full of presents and love for our little pup who turned 8 on Friday!!  Feeling guilty that her birthday came upon us so quickly and we didn't do anything special for her, Eric took the boys out on Thursday night to pick presents for her.  Asher picked a pink piggy for her (and also gave her the stuffed bunny he'd gotten at the Easter Egg Hunt that she seems to adore) and Avery picked her a squeaky "ba" that is in the shape of a panda (I think...it also kind of looks like a cow).

My heart was so full of love it nearly burst when I saw this in the corner of our garage.  Man do I love my boys!!

Finally, on Friday after work our house was full...full of family!  <3  Grammy and Gramps came to visit us for the weekend.  We enjoyed a weekend full of amazing food from the Olive Garden, Kenosha's famous Frank's Diner (Diners Drive-ins & Dives, Season 1, Episode 4), our crockpot with delicious Italian Beef Sandwiches, my kitchen with a scrumptious Chocolate & Peanut Butter Mousse Cheesecake and Costco for a pizza lunch.  We also enjoyed lots of family fun full of stories, wrestling and Little People.  We had so much fun that when it was time to say goodbye after a tour of Costco and a pizza lunch Asher could not hold back the tears.  He cried most of the way home as he dealt with the sadness of Grammy and Gramps having to leave.  ;(  ...but we were able to cheer him up as we reminded him of summer coming soon along with trips to the cottage full of boat rides, ice cream and of course more Grammy and Gramps!
As soon as Avery and Asher saw Gramps, they immediately wanted to be in his arms.

Let's Wrestle!!

My rich and delicious Cannoli Stuffed French Toast.  It was basically a dessert, but sooooo yummy!

We ordered each of the boys one Mickey Mouse pancake.  We didn't know that pancake would cover their entire plates!!

Asher ate almost all of his pancake!!! PLUS a couple of sausages that were the size of bratwurst!!

Grammy got to open her Mother's Day presents up early since she was here.
