We slept in (well as much as one does when they have little kids)...
We drank hot cocoa to get the breezy chill of the day off....

We played in the sand...
After playing in the sand for a while and realizing that there was no breeze on this side of the lake we wanted to cool off in the lake, but we didn't have our swimsuits with us. That did not stop us...

Eventually (as I thought about how my favorite memories with my own parents are the times that they did something wile and crazy) I decided to play in the water (with my clothes on) with the boys too...

We headed back to the cottage for lunch and naps...
We drove into town to race each other on the go karts. Everyone but Grammy went (even Avery)! We gave each other a lot of smack talk but in the end we really didn't get to race much because whoever had Avery with them had to go a little slower...I'm pretty sure I would have won though! ;)

We played mini golf...
It started out with everyone playing, but ended with basically just Eric and I playing while the others waited for us. Asher seemed to think that he needed to hit every ball as hard as possible and when I tried to teach him how to swing he ended up hitting me in the neck with his club! Avery was pretty sure he was either playing hockey or lacrosse. Oh well, we had fun.

Finally, we said goodbye to the go karts and mini-golf of Bavarian Falls, went out for dinner and then headed back to GG Smiley's for some much needed rest before continuing on our adventure the following morning.
