The Pumpkin Farm...With Our Little Pumpkin

This past Sunday, was a great family day.  Asher was in an amazingly good mood.  He smiled and played peek-a-boo with others during the worship time at church.  He took a long, deep-sleeping afternoon nap.  Then, we all jumped into the van and headed up to Jerry Smith's Pumpkin Farm to enjoy some traditional Fall family fun.  The weather was crisp, but warm enough to enjoy our time touring the pumpkin scenes.  We walked around, checking out the pumpkin Smurfs, pumpkin Minions, pumpkin superheros and more.

When we had made it through all of the scenes, we headed over to the farm animals to get a good look at the goats, chickens, llamas and more.  When we had visited Apple Holler, Asher was a little afraid of the goats.  Here though, he was a big fan of the baby goats and was ALL smiles!  :)

When we got bored of the animals, we headed back to the playground where Asher enjoyed the slide, the tunnels and the climbing rock.  He was so happy to play like the big kids, although I was a bit worried that he would be trampled by them.

Asher wanted to climb up the playground like the big kids...by himself.

Hi Mom!  Look at me!!!

How big is Asher?  ...Asher is SO Big!

Finally, before we headed home, we stopped at the pumpkin pile to take some pictures.  ...just can't help but jump at the opportunity to take some pictures of our little pumpkin stilling in a pile of pumpkins.

As I said, it was a great day filled with great memories continuing the Fall tradition of enjoying the pumpkin farm.
