As I mentioned in my last post the weekend of May 18-20 was the weekend of Eric's brother Rob (aka Uncle Baby Robby)'s wedding. On Friday the 18th after a lazy morning at the cottage we headed to the Ann Arbor City Club for the wedding rehearsal followed by the rehearsal dinner. With the forecast threatening rain we practiced the ceremony both outside and inside...
As I also mentioned in my last post, Avery wore the powder blue suit to the rehearsal that Eric had worn to his uncle's wedding when he was a child. He wasn't overly thrilled to have to wear it so we allowed him to take the jacket off, but I still had to get a LOT of pictures of him in it to document the "event".
But first...a few pictures of Eric sporting the suit back in the early 80's.

When the outdoor practice was over we headed inside to practice it all again...which basically meant more waiting for our little guys.
Finally, the rehearsals were finished. Since it was still a little early for the rehearsal dinner we headed across the street to the Bed & Breakfast that Eric's parents and all of Negin's family were staying at where we hung out for a little while before heading to the dinner.

When it was time for dinner we all headed across town to Homes Brewery where we filled up from a buffet of Korean food. It was a little different than what our family is used to (and why the boys didn't really eat anything) but it was good. We sat in the screen room for dinner and let the kids play for a while and enjoy the Kiddie Cocktails that Eric got for each of them (he was pretty embarrassed to have to go up to the bar and order it four times!). When the littles started getting antsy we went on a little walk (see previous post) and then headed back to our hotel to rest up for the big day ahead!
