A Team Week 201/MI Vaca Pt.2: More Cottage/Lake Fun

Days 4 and 5 of our Michigan vacation was also spent at the cottage, but without Uncle Baby Robby.  Instead we had a fun day with just Eric's parents on Tuesday and then on Wednesday the boys got to play with their cousins Emmett and Olive (& Wally) for a little while before we headed out for the next part of our trip.

Tuesday:
...More Fishing.  Asher caught a "Monster"!...

...Boat Rides...including snuggles with Gramps, a trip to the petting zoo and swimming/jumping in the lake and later another ride through the channel for ice cream and more boat jumps into the water!...

Wednesday:

...more jobs from Grammy...this time it was 5 cents per walnut.  Avery wasn't into it, but Asher got a bucket full.

...more boat  rides (this time to watch Eric go waterskiing one last time).

...Snacks...

...Raft Fun...We added a slide to the raft (a leftover from our swingset at home.)

...more treehouse work...time to pour the foundations!

...Handprints...cause you can't pour fresh concrete without making your mark on it!

...Waterskiing...one last time...  Eric was pretty proud that after watching Uncle Rob wakeboard and Eric waterski that weekend Asher was now cutting the ski in and out of the wake.  He did get a little cocky though and started trying to do it too early making him fall down.

...Cousins Picture!...Before we could leave there was one thing that we had to do since we were not sure if we'd all be there together again this summer...take the cousins picture.  This year since baby Wally was too little to be on the hammock alone Gramps also got in on the shot...

...Saying Goodbye...Finally it was time to finish this leg of our Michigan vacation and continue on to our next destination: Gaylord.  We said our goodbyes to everyone, loaded up the car and then made our drive North...with some long naps along the way...
